Almond Cheese Sauce
• Any good I bleached flour (red mill): 2 teaspons
• Rice milk: 1/2 cup
• Almond cheese: 1/2 cup
1. Mix flour into the grated cheese until coated. Heat milk in saucepan but not boiling. Add cheese a little at a time until thick. Add salt and pepper to taste.
2. Serve over anything that you would use cheese for. I love this as a white pizza sauce.
