Chocomole Pudding

Make ahead cover with plastic and refrigerate. Dairy free


Medjool dates, pitted and chopped: 16
Ripe avocados : 3
Coconut milk: 1 cup
Unsweetened coco powder : 1 cup
Agave nectar: 1/4 cup
Coconut oil : 1 tablespoon
Vanilla extract : 1 teaspoon


Soak dates in very hoy water until soft for 10-15 mins. Drain

In a nutri bullet or food processor blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy. Pudding needs to set up.

Refrigerate until cold. 2-3 hrs. Stir before serving.
