Bruschetta

Ingredients

• Loaf of cut and toasted Crostini bread – Whole Foods has low sodium breads
• Extra Virgin Olive Oil: 3 tablespoon
• 1 large can diced tomatoes – with parsley or onions based on your preference
• 1 tbsp minced and crushed garlic
• 1 cup diced celery
• Sea salt: 1/2 teaspoon
• balsamic vinaigrette

Instructions:

Cooking steps:

1. Place crostinis on a serving plate

2. Mix tomatoes, garlic, celery, balsamic vinaigrette and oil in a bowl.

3. Spoon mixture onto crostinis and serve
