While in Denver shooting a new episode of Celebrity Sweat, the team led by Tae Bo creator Billy Blanks and Hollywood Physique Expert Eric the Trainer, decided to visit with some of the great chefs from the American Culinary Federation. In this Fun Food Fact, the chefs share some healthy recipes featuring bison meat. Bison is lean and delicious  – a great addition to your fridge and diet!
