Use any type of root veggie, yams,potatoes,or carrots. Acorn squash zucchini and egg plant also work well. Add your favorite topping and you have dinner. If you are shredding the veggies yourself use a cheese grater.
Favorite shredded veggie : 3 cups
• Egg substitute : 3/4
• Dried herbs or pizza blend seasoning: 1 tbs
• All purpose flour : 1/3 cup
• Amino acid: 1 tsp
In a large bowl combine favorite veggie, egg substitute. Stir in flour and amino acid. Spread into the bottom of the 12 inch pizza pan coated with cooking spray
Bake at 450° for 8-10 minutes reduce heat to 350° take out to add what ever toppings you like. Place back in the oven then bake for another 15 to 20 minutes or until tender and cheese is melted
